planned to see venice major attractions and it was excellent base for visiting all of them. the room was good sized and had a comfortable bed.
-
Constitution bridge was located in the immediate surroundings. The hotel rooms were good:)))
-
The train station is near this hotel. Ponte degli scalzi was in the immediate vicinity.

Excellent Hotel, 3 minutes from the Railway Station (only need to cross the channel), 20 minutes on foot from the bus station. Near the river tram station, near the shop. In general, a very good place price/quality. The room was overlooking the canal, clean, tidy, fresh. Not the most spacious, but comfortable and cozy. Nice bed and bed, great view over the canal! . Beautiful breakfast included, for Italy such breakfasts cost 10-15€ per person. And here it's all included. Very important plus! Anyway, if you're in Venice for one day and you need to be near a train station, that's it!
There's no latch on the toilet door... And the window frame could be repaired, barely opening and creaking. In such a place you want to open the window all the time!)) So it would be good to fix it.

What we liked most was the treatment of the staff, girl at the reception was very friendly and helped us at all times, spoke perfect Spanish and offered to leave our bags at the check out in case the departure was before our Ida from Venice. Mention specially the treatment of the girl who was at the breakfast time, she transmitted us a lot of joy and treatment was perfect. room was good in relation to its price... if you are going to come to Venice you know that here they do not make themselves known for being cheap, in addition the bed had a very local style, was perfectly located to move without problem. breakfast very well a little bit of everything, they are replenishing, happy. I recommend it without a doubt.
What we liked the least, but which is also not something that concerns us, is that the double bed was two mattresses, nothing that would impede my well-being. The bathroom is a bit old but that makes it easier to get into an old film shot in Venice.

Convenient location - near the station, bus, tram. For good money - a good room. Good breakfast.
One meter from the window, the wall of the house.
-
Very convenient location.
Very old and long unrepaired rooms, bathroom fixtures.

1. Location above any praise! Three minutes on foot from the Piazzale Roma bus station (buses from the airports come here and there is the whole system of communication with the city on wheels - car rental and local buses in the region). From the moment you disembark from the bus, the Marco Polo Airport is 5 minutes away, without rushing into the hotel... 2. Excellent staff. Friendly, always with a smile, ready to help and advise with a map and sightseeing. . 3. The room (we had 116) is very nice - quite spacious, the bathroom has a bathtub. Excellent plumbing, water pressure is strong, nothing leaks or flows. Comfortable bed, the closet has extra warm blankets and pillows. Cleaning is very clean, daily. Many towels of different sizes. For three stars in Venice - just great. 4. Breakfast is modest, but for this price it's fine. On a full meal at breakfast do not count, only a light snack. 5. The signal wi-fi is wonderful! Quickly loaded photos, you could watch movies at good speed!

The only good thing about the hotel is the location which is close to the train station and to the waterbus connection
The building is very old, the room is small, the WC smelly, the fridge is not working. Too little shampoo and soap. The air condition is not working, it gives only noise. The breakfast is poor (No cheese, no eggs). I think 3 stars is too much for the hotel, 1 star is more than enough.

The hotel is conveniently located on the Grand Canal, right between the train station and the cruise pier - perfect overnight stay for passengers catching a cruise from Venice.
Note that the hotel does not have elevators. Luggage must be carried up stairs.
-
location was excellent as it was close to the bus station and easily assessable by foot.
-
friendly and helpful staff, very good location, good value for money
-
when we go to breakfast room, we came across the unpolite staff. She was very glum. Also, I felt rudeness about her.
-
Considering that it was in Venice, it was a a good value for money.
From my perspective, the staff was not really friendly in supporting the guests.
